Every few months, I do teach workshops in-person in Portland. At the end of May, I will be teaching a workshop at Makerspace Sellwood -but this one is sold out. But in my monthly newsletter I will update you on in-person workshops in the future. I will be doing an in-person event in Chicago in May as well. In the meantime, I will be teaching monthly workshops on Zoom so anyone can join! I will also provided recordings of each workshops if you are unable to attend but still want to learn with me! This workshop is all about digital art! Having the skills to be able to compose, edit, create your collages digitally can be a very helpful tool. It can help with brainstorming, commission work, editing work you have created by hand, or maybe it will be a new passion! I am an 18 year veteran art teacher at the high school and college level. I have a BFA in design and have been teaching it to my students for all 18 years. How to edit photos, to making posters and digital collages. When I get hired to create work for Playboy or album covers, I typically make them digitally because the client has the ability to make changes this way.
I will provide a link to the zoom workshop 2 days ahead of time.
The workshop and recording will cost $50. Payment is due by May 16 to be included in the workshop
